ÂLÂ Ocakbaşı opened its doors in Şirinyalı, nestled within Antalya's breathtaking Mediterranean coast, with a dream of presenting the Mediterranean kitchen in its purest form. Every dish holds a story; every flame, a work of art.
Chef Mehmet Ali Öztürk, whose roots run deep in Adana's fiery hearths, began standing by his father's grill at age seven. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and working with Michelin-starred restaurants, he arrived in Antalya and created a legend.
Shaped by Antalya's warm Mediterranean soul, the space is a symphony of raw concrete, dark oak and gold accents. Through the open-kitchen concept, guests can follow every dish as it comes to life from the chef's hands.
